2014 – 2015 — During 2014 and 2015, UN-Habitat carried out a series of workshops and executive training sessions for its staff. The goal is to strengthen the capacity of staff to implement a right-based approach to sustainable urbanization through continued staff development, training workshops and focus group discussions. Surveys were undertaken to assess training needs and knowledge gaps which drove the development of a curriculum and training materials.
